Project 6: Multiple Image Techniques

Lincoln High School

This picture was taken on top of the Lincoln High School field. The technique I used was panorama. I took multiple pictures starting from the left side of the field and shooting across to the right side. Then in editing, I opened all the pictures to photoshop panoramic and merged them all together. I then warped it to crop out the ledge. I then edited the overall photo by boosting contrast and shadows and adjusting the exposure.

My Street

This picture was taken upon my deck on my street in Portland, OR. The technique I used was HDR. I took multiple pictures by adjusting the shutter speed on my camera and producing many pictures from  really light and really dark. In editing, I merged the clearest light photo with the clearest dark photo together to create a happy medium. From there I edited the radius and strength as well as the gamma and detail.

Street Signs

Both of these pictures were taken on street corners in the pearl district of Portland, OR. The technique I used was multiple exposure. I took pictures of different street signs because I thought it would look cool in the final product. In editing I went into photoshop and basically overlapped and merged the two photos. The one on the bottom shown through the top photo creating a multiple exposure effect. I then cropped the final photo and adjusted the curves, contrast, and exposure.
